If you are not satisfied with your eligible first-time single-bottle purchase, you may contact our support team to request a refund within 60 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of our Refund Policy.
Eligible refunds are limited to the product price actually paid, excluding original shipping charges and the value of applicable promotional offers or discounts. There are no restocking fees.
Please note that the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee* applies only to eligible first-time single-bottle purchases. Multi-bottle bundles, multiple-unit purchases, and subscription orders are not eligible under this guarantee.
